Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic administrator to join our secondary care diabetes dietetic team. You will be joining an innovative team of dietitians and non registered staff, looking after people with diabetes in Wrexham and Flintshire. The wider department consists of almost fifty dietitians and dietetic assistants as well as our admin team. There are good working relationships between our teams and plenty of opportunities for professional development, both within the department and in collaboration with our colleagues across North Wales. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or want to know more. Main duties of the job The main duties of the role include: Making appointments for dietitians. Taking and passing on messages for the team. Setting up clinics and Teams calls. General admin tasks to support the team. There is a strong, interconnected Dietetic team across North Wales, who meet for away days regularly, and who are in constant contact, sharing information, resources and developments wherever possible. All necessary support and supervision will be provided to the successful candidate. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
