Job Description:
Our client is seeking a proactive Logistics Customer Services Coordinator in Sandbach. The role involves being the first point of contact for customer enquiries and order management, supporting Customer Services, Supply Chain, Finance, and Administration departments.
Your responsibilities will include managing customer enquiries, processing orders, supporting supply chain coordination to ensure stock availability, and maintaining customer records, orders, and invoices in SAP and other systems according to company procedures.
Main tasks include:
1. Managing customer orders from initiation to completion, collaborating with internal planning and external subcontractors.
2. Building strong relationships with customers, Sales, and Product Managers to resolve issues and enhance processes.
3. Preparing and distributing sales reports, coordinating sample requests with the Technical Development Manager, and handling bookkeeping and finance tasks using SAP and Excel.
