Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm - work from home option is not available) for a Training Coordinator, located in Essex, United Kingdom. The Training Coordinator will lead marketing and promotion of the Health and Social Care Training Programme, including social media campaigns and outreach to health and social care organisations. The role involves coordinating training sessions, communicating with clients and trainers, and ensuring smooth delivery of programmes. The coordinator will also support tender preparation, business development, and partnership opportunities. Additionally, they will maintain training records, manage enquiries and bookings, and assist with training administration and evaluation.

* Knowledge and experience in marketing and promotion.
* Computer knowledge is essential.
* Excellent Communication abilities to effectively collaborate with trainers, learners, and organisation stakeholders.
* Organisational and time management skills to handle diverse tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
