Key Duties: Handle supplier invoices by verifying purchase orders, resolving inconsistencies, and entering data into accounting software. Review and reconcile monthly expense reports and process commission disbursements. Keep precise financial documentation, including invoice filing and supporting bank reconciliation tasks. Monitor and respond to the finance email inbox while providing administrative assistance. Track employee training logs to ensure compliance and accuracy. Order office supplies and manage inventory as needed. Assist with HR tasks, such as processing post-absence forms. Take on additional responsibilities as directed by the leadership team.
