Due to continued growth, we're looking for skilled professionals to join our team.
The Role
As a Window Blind Installer, you'll be at the heart of what we do helping transform homes and businesses across Central Scotland with beautifully fitted, bespoke blinds. You'll work with precision and care to ensure every installation meets our high standards. (Plus, enjoy an early finish on Fridays)
Key Responsibilities
* Install a wide range of window blinds and shades with accuracy and attention to detail
* Take precise window measurements to guarantee perfect fit and function
* Safely operate and maintain both power tools and hand tools
* Read and follow installation schematics and instructions
* Provide a friendly, professional service while addressing customer questions and concerns
* Keep your workspace tidy and ensure tools and materials are well maintained
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in installation or a related trade (preferred)
* Confident with hand tools and power tools
* Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Basic electrical knowledge (advantageous but not essential)
* City & Guilds certificate in Carpentry & Joinery (beneficial)
