Your focus will be to execute business strategies to drive the growth and profits of the business going forward. Whilst having a hunter mentality when it comes to new business and sales, to be the driving force in prospect sales and creating and maintaining relationships for the business.

1. Being able to build a long-range pipeline and manage multiple contracts to their end date
2. Play a key part in identifying B2B opportunities for the business going forward
3. Managing these opportunities through the sales cycle and post-sale care
4. Developing and maintaining B2B effective relationships and creating new relationships for the business with the primary goal of increasing the clients B2B market share and recognition of the business
5. Negotiating current contracts and securing new contracts with business customers and third-party intermediaries
6. Previous experience within a BDM role – minimum 2 years’ experience
7. Outbound sales experience
8. Ideally to have worked in the telecom industry (fibre/broadband)
9. Creating new sales strategies
10. Understanding market insights
11. To have a proactive hunter’s mentality when it comes to sales
12. Strategic thinker approach
13. Salary would be up to £35,000 per annum
14. £6k car allowance
15. Company bonus – up to 100% annual bonus
16. 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays
