1. JOB TITLE: Driver Excellence
2. SALARY: £30,609
3. LOCATION(S): Watford
4. HOURS: Full-time
5. WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least three days per week, or 60% of our time, at our Watford office site. During the training period, we do ask new starters to be in the office 5 days a week until they are competent and fully trained

To support our drivers by delivering the best service, through knowledge, education and passion. To do the right thing whilst always putting the driver and their experience first.
6. Take full accountability for the work and service you deliver, striving to exceed KPIs and SLAs through inbound and outbound interactions in the team
7. Own any interaction through to completion, proactively chasing responses internally and externally where needed to complete a task
8. Respond to all interactions articulately and professionally, providing all the information required first time
9. Always put yourself in the drivers shoes to see things from their perspective
10. Take time to understand the drivers needs to deliver difficult messages, using each opportunity to explain and educate
11. Management of internal and external systems, keeping information accurate and up to date
