Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. With opportunities for career development, JD Group is ideal if you are motivated by progression and career growth.
Responsibilities
1. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, ensuring they have the best experience, and understanding the customer service measurement programme.
2. Drive and exceed sales targets using in-store devices, offering the full product range, and maximizing add-on sales.
3. Maintain high visual and merchandising standards, keeping the shop floor clean, well-stocked, and displays organized per brand guidelines.
4. Support store operations by assisting in other departments, representing the company professionally, and following safety guidelines.
5. Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and card payments.
6. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
7. Keep stock levels on the shop floor replenished and shelves appealing.
8. Resolve customer queries professionally.
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets.
Role Objectives and KPIs
1. Contribute to achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
2. Drive KPIs such as Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT.
3. Meet upselling or cross-selling targets.
4. Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
5. Ensure stock on the shop floor is fully replenished.
