Senior Solution Consultant - Pre-Sales | UK-Based (Remote / All Locations)

£130,000 - £150,000 + 30% Commission


HD-Tech are partnering with a leading AI-driven SaaS provider in corporate finance.


About the Company

Our client is an innovative SaaS company transforming corporate finance with AI-powered automation. Their platform streamlines back-office processes in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, leveraging natural language processing, machine learning, and proprietary AI models to reduce repetitive tasks, accelerate insights, and provide real-time cash visibility. They help organisations improve efficiency, reduce IT dependency, and enhance business resilience.

Founded in 2019 and backed by top-tier investors, the company has received multiple industry awards for AI-driven finance solutions and continues to lead in intelligent automation.


The Role

As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will be a key player in pre-sales, engaging directly with prospects and clients to deliver discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and technical workshops. You will also help scale the solution consulting function, collaborating closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role combining technical expertise, client engagement, and strategic influence.


Key Responsibilities:

* Support direct and channel sales through qualification, discovery, demos, and technical workshops.
* Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing client accounts.
* Conduct competitive analysis and contribute to the company's market intelligence framework.
* Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth hand-offs from pre-sales to implementation.
* Collaborate with Product/Engineering to understand and communicate the product roadmap.
* Assist with projects, RFIs/RFPs, and new market initiatives.
* Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and client events.
* Travel occasionally as needed.


About You:

* Experienced in pre-sales with a proven track record.
* Deep knowledge of financial applications such as Payment Systems, Vendor Management, Order-to-Cash, EPM/CPM, ERP, and Treasury.
* Experience selling into the Office of Finance (Controllership, FP&A, Treasury).
* Familiarity with AI concepts (LLMs, NLP, Generative AI, AI explainability).
* Thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments and work independently.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
* Hands-on experience with Workday, NetSuite, Intacct, or Oracle Cloud ERP is a plus.
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business; CPA/MBA is advantageous but not required.


Location:

UK-based, fully remote with some occasional travel required.


Compensation:

Competitive base salary plus incentive compensation tied to individual, team, and company performance.
