Our client, a well-regarded and expanding domiciliary care provider in Walsall, is seeking a confident and proactive Registered Manager to oversee daily operations and lead the growth of their service.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the service in line with CQC regulations and ensure full compliance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, commissioners, and stakeholders to secure new care packages.
*
Manage, support and develop care staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
*
Drive service quality and improvements through audits, feedback, and robust care planning.
*
Handle complaints and incidents with professionalism and a solution-focused approach.
Requirements:
*
Previous experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary/home care.
*
Proven ability to win and retain care packages.
*
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards).
*
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
*
Excellent communication, leadership, and business development skills.
