The Role and Purpose: As the Project Director, you will be the driving force behind our clients' journey, ensuring seamless project delivery from inception to installation. You will lead a team of resolute professionals and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to deliver multiple projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead the client experience, guiding them through the entire project lifecycle and ensuring their expectations are exceeded. Collaborate with the pitch team to secure new business, setting budgets and timelines for contractual agreements. Oversee the conceptual and technical design phases, ensuring client feedback is integrated into the design process. Monitor project progress and budget performance, proactively addressing any issues or changes that may arise. Work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure adherence to our Quality Gate project management system. Protect profit margins and manage contract amendments to cover variations as needed. Represent Artichoke in a professional manner, maintaining excellent written and verbal communication with clients. Lead client relationships and negotiate contracts directly with UHNWI. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of timber, joinery techniques, and interior design principles. Travel as needed to attend client meetings throughout the UK and overseas (Europe). Key Personal Attributes: Exceptional diligence and organisational skills.
