Overview
TSR Legal are recruiting for a proactive and skilled Senior Legal Support Assistant to join a leading law firm\'s Corporate Law team based in Worcester. You will work closely with the Legal Support Manager and another Senior LSA to provide high‑quality support to Partners and fee earners, and act as a mentor for junior team members. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with significant experience in business support or the legal sector who is looking to take on more responsibility, including deputising for the Legal Support Manager when required.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the file opening process for the team
* Acting as the first point of contact for clients and fee earners business support needs
* Anticipating and managing administrative requirements for the team
* Assisting with the preparation of financial transactions
* Drafting and formatting letters, documents, and forms
* Preparing correspondence and documents through audio typing and word-processing
* Proactive diary management for allocated fee earners
* Supporting the implementation of new technology, systems, or process changes
* Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the team
* Acting as a role model, coaching junior members, and assisting with induction of new starters
About You
* Experience within a legal or professional services environment
* Knowledge of case management systems (desirable)
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Teams
* A proven background in administrative or PA roles
* Excellent attention to detail and confident typing skills
* Strong communication and organisational abilities
