Needs Assessment: Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest suitable products or services tailored to their requirements. Client Engagement: Set up meetings between prospective customers and Regional Development Managers, ensuring smooth handoffs for further sales processes. Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with our products and services to confidently discuss them with schools and other educational institutions. Team Collaboration: Conduct Teams meetings with non-decision makers to generate enthusiasm and prepare for decision-maker engagement. Networking & Events: Attend meetings, conferences, and events to create awareness and foster engagement with potential school clients, supporting sales closure. Relationship Building: Build and nurture long-term, trusting relationships with prospects, including networking on social media platforms such as X and LinkedIn. Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities and results, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance updates. What we’re looking for: Proven experience in sales or business development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a variety of stakeholders. Experience using CRM tools and managing email campaigns. Confident presenting and facilitating meetings, both in-person and virtually. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Confident in using social media platforms Familiarity with the education sector is a plus. Ability to travel for meetings and events when necessary.
