Duties as a Service Advisor:
13. Managing the customer journey within the Service Department, ensuring a positive experience
14. Liaising effectively between service advisors, technicians, and customers
15. Following dealership processes accurately and efficiently
16. Promoting additional services and maintaining customer relationships
17. Achieving sales targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
18. Handling customer inquiries and providing expert advice on vehicle repairs and servicing
Requirements of the Service Advisor:
19. Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred but not absolutely necessary
20. Excellent communication and organisational skills
21. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
22. A professional attitude with a customer-focused mindset
23. Full UK driving licence is essential
24. Knowledge of main dealer operations is desirable but not essential, full training will be provided
25. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed
