Our Room Leaders assist in the day to day management of the setting, whilst leading their room team to enable children to engage in a range of play and learning opportunities. You will have passion and enthusiasm for safeguarding children and delivering high standards of care. Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. At least 2 years experience in a childcare setting. Experience in a leadership or management position. A great understanding of the EYFS. A passion and enthusiasm for childcare. Great communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal. Good timekeeping, organisation and reliability.
