We currently have an opportunity for a Software Engineer to join our existing experienced team.
Location: Cheltenham with occasional travel to Hereford.
What we look for in a Software Engineer
As a Software Engineer, you'll showcase your expertise by deploying new solutions in challenging environments and enhancing existing platforms. You embrace the MVP approach, building incrementally and learning quickly from failures. You love tinkering and discovering innovative solutions. You are comfortable sharing ideas with both your team and our customers. You are eager to learn new technologies and step out of your comfort zone, with full support from us.
We value the right tools and languages to deliver the best for our customers. We trust our engineers to use what makes sense for the task. Our engineers write Android applications in Flutter and Kotlin and various applications in Go and Python. Experience in Source Control (Git) and language-specific best practices is needed.
Experience in Data Analytics, CI/CD, Containers, or writing Cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) would be a bonus.
