This role provides business and administrative support to the Global Occupational Health, Wellbeing & Public Health (OHWPH) team, including some support for UK & I OH services and liaising with third-party providers.
About the role:
The role involves supporting the Global Head of Occupational Health, Public Health & Wellbeing, coordinating strategies, and managing global employee health initiatives. The OHWPH service covers global employees, including direct OH services in the UK and Ireland. Travel may be required between sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the global communication lead for OHWPH, delivering information via Viva Engage communities.
* Coordinate the annual UK & Europe Flu Vaccination Reimbursement Programme.
* Support UK & I OH Service Contract Management, liaising with third-party providers to ensure quality and performance.
* Deliver global OHWPH data analytics, dashboards, and support UK & I team with data review.
* Organise engagement activities, update team pages, and manage mailbox communications.
* Assist with the development and delivery of global health & wellbeing programmes, research, and resource development.
* Support health surveillance planning, liaising with third-party providers and monitoring schedules and performance.
Experience / Skills Required:
* Public Health or Business Graduate with OH environment experience preferred.
* Motivated, resilient, adaptable to change.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and data analysis skills.
* Strong business management, financial, and software skills, especially Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams.
* High attention to detail, integrity, discretion, and ability to work under pressure.
