About the Role
We’re looking for a hands‑on and commercially focused Digital Marketing Manager to support the growth of our e‑commerce and digital marketing activity across owned and paid channels.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you’ll play a key role in planning, delivering, and optimising campaigns across Shopify, Klaviyo, Google, Meta, and other digital platforms. This role combines campaign management, performance analysis, e‑commerce support, and digital optimisation within a fast‑paced environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical and analytical marketing experience who enjoys driving measurable growth and improving customer acquisition performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and automated customer flows using Klaviyo
* Support paid advertising activity across Google, Meta, and other digital channels
* Monitor and optimise campaign performance against KPIs, including ROAS, CPA, traffic and conversion
* Develop audience targeting strategies aligned with wider marketing objectives
* Analyse campaign and channel performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights
* Work closely with the creative team to ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and messaging
* Support ongoing optimisation and development of the Shopify e‑commerce platform
* Liaise with external e‑commerce support agencies where required
* Monitor organic search performance and support SEO initiatives
* Assist with benchmarking and analysing AI search visibility and inbound search opportunities
* Identify opportunities to improve automation, customer journeys, and digital performance across channels
Skills & Experience Required
* 2+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing role or similar
* Previous experience working with Shopify or a similar e‑commerce platform
* Experience using Klaviyo or equivalent email automation software
* Hands‑on experience managing Google PPC campaigns
* Experience managing Meta advertising campaigns
* Strong analytical and reporting skills
* Confident using digital marketing tools and platforms
Desirable Skills
* Knowledge of programming languages such as HTML and CSS
* Experience with additional paid advertising platforms
* Experience with SEO and organic search optimisation
* Knowledge of the clothing industry
