What we're looking for
* Strong experience in interim finance recruitment (qualified or part-qualified market)
* Full 360 capability – proven at winning, developing, and delivering against client accounts
* Confidence and credibility to work with senior finance leaders across real estate
* Commercial awareness and desire to build out a high-performing desk with leadership potential
* Background in real estate/property is desirable but not essential
