Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilledProcess Engineerto join our UK Supply team. Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in supporting production environments and driving forward innovative projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on…
* Supporting safe and efficient manufacturing operations across multiple production areas.
* Leading and participating in improvement projects to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
* Applying Lean and Agile methodologies to drive cost-effective solutions.
* Collaborating with the Lead Engineer on new technology integration and capital investment projects.
* Managing the introduction of new equipment and processes from concept to production handover.
* Implementing “Future Factory” solutions to ensure manufacturing capability meets future demand.
* Maintaining strong communication with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors.
Your previous experience is likely to include….
* A strong technical engineering background.
* Completion of a qualification in a manufacturing or engineering discipline
* Hands-on experience with Lean and Agile manufacturing techniques.
* Familiarity with assembly and machining processes.
* Exposure to project management in a manufacturing context.
* Experience in fast-paced, diverse manufacturing environments.
