Specializing in WiFi and networking technologies, you'll be an integral part of a dedicated team working towards providing effective, timely, and high-quality services to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities Assist in the delivery of top-notch technical support to Enterprise customers. Ensure the operation and assurance of all Managed Network products and services in alignment with KPIs & SLAs. Collaborate with otherteams for the seamless delivery of customer solutions. Work closely with Network and Operational leads to identify development opportunities and foster a highly efficient, engaged, and motivated team. Requirements: Professional work ethic with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility. Aptitude to learn new skills and adapt to evolving technologies. 3 years of experience with a managed service provider in a skilled engineering position. Proficient in complex Networking and WiFi concepts, with experience in non-Cisco networking technologies. Proven customer-facing experience with a focus on improving customer satisfaction. Strong documentation skills.
