Position: Lettings Manager
Location: Tendring, Essex
Job Type: Full-time
Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 8.30am-5.30pm
Fridays: 8.30am-5.00pm
Saturday: 8.30am-4.00pm (with one weekday off)
Responsibilities:
As the Lettings Manger at Harris + Wood you will be responsible for:
* Building and nurturing client relationships.
* Growing market share and winning new Lettings instructions.
* Supporting the Negotiator to find suitable Tenants.
* Staying updated with changes in Industry Legislation.
* Being an Ambassador for Harris and Wood Lettings at all times.
* Providing exceptional customer service throughout the rental process.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in this role.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong market knowledge and adaptability to changing market conditions.
* Client-focused attitude with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
* Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday’s) and evenings where required.
* A winning mentality.
