Cardrona x Treble Cone Rentals Team Leader
JOIN THE CARDRONA & TREBLE CONE TEAM FOR WINTER 2026!
This is a leadership role, supporting the Rentals Management Team across Cardrona and Treble Cone. You'll ensure our vision, values, and service standards are consistently upheld while leading and inspiring the rentals team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Assist our guests in the ultimate fit with their boots, skis, boards, and poles in an efficient, friendly, and helpful manner. Answer guest questions about the resort and provide technical advice on equipment upgrades. Ensure rental equipment is organised and coordinate necessary maintenance with the workshop team.
Work alongside the Cardrona Rentals Supervisor and Rentals Manager to lead, develop, and inspire the rentals team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and staff support. Oversee rental gear maintenance and relocation across outlets. Provide leadership to ensure efficient and friendly service. Assist with training, staff development, and performance management. Support with certifications and qualifications as required.
What You Will Bring:
1. Proven experience working within a ski rental environment with repair experience.
2. Strong leadership, coaching, and organisational skills with excellent communication and the ability to motivate a team.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
4. A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
5. Full, clean driver's license (mountain driving experience preferred).
