Scope includes the Project Management, Coordination, Installation and commissioning of large scale MEP, HVAC & specialist mechanical systems retrofit for a large hospital/healthcare facility. Value of initial client/project £10M+ in value. More specifically:
1. Participate in pre-commencement activities to maximise opportunities, efficiency and profitability
2. Review the project scope of works to ensure precise provision of the customer’s requirements
3. Lead the identification of project risks and opportunities, and take responsibility to mitigate or enhance those in your control
