Key Account Manager Location: Billericay Salary: Competitive Contract Type: Permanent Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring consistent value for long-term success. Take ownership of client contracts, ensuring they are profitable and sustainable. Generate revenue and new leads by identifying opportunities and collaborating with our business development team. Manage projects and oversee contracts to ensure timely delivery within agreed service levels. Support a thriving team with performance reviews, team goals, and recruitment efforts. What We’re Looking For: Previous customer service or office experience — we want someone who knows how to connect with people and get things done. Strong communication skills and a desire to help clients succeed. A results-driven approach with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, MS Teams). Personal Attributes: You approach challenges with a strategic mindset and focus on long-term solutions. You are self-aware, able to build trust through clear communication, and work well under pressure. A results-oriented individual, you remain focused on achieving goals and maintaining high standards.
