Are you an experienced School Administrator looking for your next role in Birmingham?
Winner Education are working with a secondary school based in Great Barr (B43) who are seeking a professional and organised Administrator to start from the first week of January 2026. This is a full-time, long-term role supporting the smooth running of the school office and providing excellent administrative support to staff, students, and parents.
What You’ll Do:
Provide general administrative support within the school office
Handle phone calls, emails, and face-to-face enquiries in a polite and professional manner
Manage student data, attendance, and reports using school systems (such as SIMS or Arbor)
Support the SLT and teaching staff with correspondence, filing, and scheduling
Assist with admissions, safeguarding documentation, and general school communication
Maintain confidentiality and ensure school policies are followed
What We’re Looking For:
Recent experience working in a school or office environment
Confident using Microsoft Office and school systems such as SIMS or Arbor
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
Friendly, professional, and proactive attitude
