Job Description:
1. Preparing fresh food within a kitchen environment
2. Using locally sourced produce
3. General housekeeping within the kitchen
4. Knife work
5. Use of kitchen appliances
6. Pastry and baking work
7. Washing, cutting and preparing vegetables
8. Preparing meat and fish such as chicken, steak, pork
9. Ensuring allergens and intolerances are taken seriously
10. Health and safety compliance
11. Food waste management
