Responsibilities
* Undertake total hygiene needs for patient
* Assist patients to wash and dress
* Assist patients to shower
* Assist patients with / undertake mouth care, c/o teeth / dentures
* Assist with / undertake care of hair
* Assist with / undertake nail care
* Undertake eye care
* Assist patients with / undertake shaving
* Reporting and documentation of all patient care activities, to include improvement, deterioration and changes
