We're looking for a Key Account Manager to take charge of one of our newest contracts overseeing Soft FM services, inspiring teams, and driving performance across 6 sites. What You'll Be Doing Own the client relationship - be the go-to contact for a high-profile, multi-site account. Deliver outstanding FM services - cleaning, security, catering, vending and maintenance Lead from the front - inspire, manage, and grow high-performing teams. Drive financial performance - take full P&L responsibility and hit key commercial targets. Grow the account - identify new opportunities and support retention strategies. Ensure compliance - champion health & safety and regulatory standards across all sites.
