M Pro Recruitment is working with an established materials handling equipment provider to recruit a Field Engineer operating out of a Bristol depot, covering Somerset and surrounding areas.
The Role:
Youll be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of materials handling equipment at customer sites, delivering a high standard of technical support and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Service, maintain, and repair MHE
* Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently
* Complete job reports and documentation
* Liaise professionally with customers on site
* Work independently while representing the business
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Field Engineer or similar role
* Mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic fault-finding skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong customer-facing and communication skills
* Ability to manage workload independently
Package:
* Salary up to £38,000 depending on experience
* Company van, tools, and equipment
* Monday to Friday working pattern
