What You’ll Be Doing
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll:
* Use digital tools, referrals, and events to find top talent
* Interview and assess candidates to match them with the right roles
* Build your own business - cultivating strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Negotiate offers - Make placements
* Manage the full recruitment cycle (360) from start to finish
* Vertical market specialist
You’ll be supported every step of the way with best-in-class training and a clear path to promotion through our SThree Velocity Programme.
