Homecare For You has an excellent opportunity for several Care Assistants to join our fabulous home care team here in Solihull, on a permanent full-time basis.
Homecare For You is a specialist provider of high-quality home care services. We are looking for kind and compassionate people who are interested in caring for the elderly and vulnerable, in their own homes within our community.
We care about the people who use our service and our staff; therefore, quality of service is paramount whilst balancing the home work life setting for our staff. We are looking for Home Care Assistants in the Birmingham area.
Previous experience as a Care Assistant is desirable but NOT essential since all training needs will be provided for you, including gaining a diploma in Health and Social Care.
Qualifications
* To have empathy and understanding
* To be reliable and willing to work for the best interests of the people we care for
* To be able to communicate effectively and professionally
* To be a driver (with your own transport)
* Comprehensive, ongoing training and development including completion of the Care Certificate and nationally recognised Health & Social Care Qualifications.
* You’ll get a mobile phone with a One Plan App to assist you to work safely and efficiently
* Mileage payment of 20p per mile to contribute towards car fuel expenses.
* 5.6 weeks paid holiday a year
