Business Advisor - Workforce Development (Advanced Manufacturing/Engineering)
This role involves developing and implementing workforce strategies to support the growth of the manufacturing and engineering sectors. The Business Advisor will work closely with stakeholders to identify skills gaps, design training programs, and promote workforce development initiatives.
Location: Manchester (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum
Employment Type: Full Time – Permanent
Responsibilities include:
1. Assessing workforce needs within the manufacturing and engineering sectors.
2. Designing and delivering workforce development programs.
3. Engaging with businesses, training providers, and stakeholders to promote skills development.
4. Monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness.
