About the Role Reporting to the Assistant Director of Homes and Safety, the Programme and Delivery Manager is responsible for managing a team to effectively deliver Cobalt’s planned maintenance investment programmes, including Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) projects. The role is professionally accountable for ensuring that capital investment and SHDF delivery programmes are procured and delivered to Cobalt’s standards, specifications, and schedules to provide high-quality homes and services. You will work collaboratively across the organisation and with external partners to introduce and improve delivery methods, ensuring all Cobalt homes meet the Decent Homes Standard and support the sustainability and net zero strategy. With a strong emphasis on contract management and service delivery leadership, you will organise workloads and resource deployment to ensure quality outcomes and excellent service for customers. This is a strategic leadership position that involves overseeing budgets, ensuring value for money, driving employee engagement, and managing contractor relationships. You will lead the development and delivery of initiatives, improvements, and recovery plans where necessary.
