Requirements for Production Operative:
Comfortable working in a noisy environment with loud industrial machinery
Confident using hand and power tools (full training provided)
Physically fit and able to handle repetitive manual work
Punctual, reliable, and able to work well in a team
Previous production or warehouse experience is a plus
Key Duties for Production Operative:
Inspecting and repairing wooden pallets using hand and power tools
Painting and preparing pallets for redistribution across the supply chain
Working on a fast-paced production line in a noisy environment with loud machinery
Following strict health and safety procedures
Shifts for Production Operative:
Week 1: Monday to Friday 06:00 to 14:00
