A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled legal advisor to join a reputable Lincolnshire-based firm. We seek candidates with strong commercial awareness and acumen to manage their own caseload and support team activities. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of the Law Society's Conveyancing Protocol and experience working within the CQS framework. The conveyancing department prides itself on guiding clients through transactions smoothly.
The role is full-time and based in Sleaford.
Key activities include:
* Managing/supporting conveyancing transactions within a busy residential conveyancing department.
* Handling a varied caseload from instruction to post-completion, including:
o Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
o Remortgages
o Transfers of equity
o New-build transactions
o Shared Ownership Schemes
The team leader role also involves developing a client and referrer portfolio. Previous managerial and business development skills are essential.
