Job Title: Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator
Location: Stone, Staffs
Salary: £28-35k depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time, 12 month contract minimum
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to customers, maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness across the entire supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage the end-to-end supply chain process
* Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams
* Monitor stock levels and manage inventory control systems
* Arrange and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery
* Resolve any logistics or delivery issues efficiently
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Support demand planning and forecasting activities
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs
Requirements
* Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or a similar role
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is desirable
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
