Night Supervisor B4 Job Summary The Night Supervisor is responsible for delivering high-quality care and supervision during night shifts in a secure care setting for young people aged 11–18 years who have experienced significant trauma. The role requires practicing within trauma-informed, person-centred models such as the Sanctuary Model, Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI), and Restorative Practice to support young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
