The Role:
As Head of Department, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the Business Studies curriculum. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the subject in our school, working with a committed team and motivated students.
You will:
* Lead the planning, delivery, and assessment of high-quality Business Studies lessons.
* Drive student achievement and progress through innovative and engaging teaching.
* Monitor and support staff development within the department.
* Contribute to whole-school leadership and development.
