About The Role:
Grade A Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a mainstream secondary school in Peterborough to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic teacher to join their Accelerated Learning Group. This bespoke provision delivers a tailored curriculum designed to help students access learning, re-engage with education, and build the skills they need to succeed.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated teacher who is passionate about supporting vulnerable learners, developing social and emotional skills, and delivering creative and adaptive teaching approaches that make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a unique and engaging KS3 curriculum tailored for students working at a KS2 level.
* Teach across a range of subjects, including English, Maths, and Humanities.
* Inspire, motivate, and support some of the school’s most vulnerable learners.
* Work collaboratively with a committed and supportive team of teachers and professionals.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Be inspirational, enthusiastic, and committed to improving outcomes for students.
* Use adaptive teaching strategies and creative lesson delivery.
* Have strong subject knowledge across KS2–KS3 English, Maths, and Humanities.
* Bring experience from mainstream and/or special school settings.
* Be an experienced teacher (please note: this role is not suitable for ECTs).
