Job Description
I’m currently working with a leading specialist family law firm seeking a Senior Childcare Solicitor (10+ PQE) to join its highly regarded team in West Yorkshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced public family lawyer to take on a senior role within a respected practice known for its expertise in care proceedings, children matters, and legally aided work.
The Role
• Manage a complex caseload of public children matters, including Care Proceedings, Child Arrangements disputes, non-accidental injury cases, and other Children Act matters
• Provide high-quality representation and advocacy for vulnerable clients
• Supervise and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the department
About You
• Qualified Family or Childcare Solicitor with 10+ years' PQE
• Strong background in public children work and legally aided matters
• Excellent advocacy, communication, and leadership skills
• Children Panel membership or relevant family law accreditation is advantageous
• Committed to delivering exceptional client care
