My client, a contractor based in New Harlow, is seeking a qualified Document Controller/Secretary to join their team.
Start Date: Immediately
Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years within the construction industry
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain document control filing and archiving in accordance with company procedures.
2. Check the validity of documents in line with the Document Numbering System.
3. Record documents in the company database, organise dispatch, and collect comments.
4. Provide full secretarial support to management, including arranging meetings, producing agendas and minutes, circulating and collating information, and managing diaries.
5. Provide administrative support to the team and comprehensive support to the department as required.
6. Liaise with other companies and sites.
7. Perform various other duties on a day-to-day basis as needed.
