Key Responsibilities
* Oversee multiple luxury joinery projects, ensuring delivery to the highest quality and craftsmanship standards.
* Manage and nurture client relationships with discretion, professionalism, and an understanding of luxury expectations.
* Coordinate design, production, and installation teams to ensure projects are executed seamlessly and profitably.
* Drive efficiency, innovation, and commercial performance across all live projects.
* Lead, mentor, and develop project teams, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
Candidate Profile
* Proven track record in senior-level contracts or project management within high-end bespoke joinery or luxury interiors.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and negotiation skills.
* Commercially astute, with full P&L management and budgetary experience.
* Dynamic, proactive, and solution-oriented with the ability to deliver on complex, design-led projects.
* Ambition and vision to progress to Director level within a defined timeframe.
