What the Job Involves The position of Higher Clerical Assistant (Reception) includes providing reception and finance support to the North and South Locality Social Work Teams, the Personal Adviser Service, and the Unaccompanied Asylum Seeker Service. The building is open to the public, and you will be required to cover reception full-time from Monday to Thursday, 08.30am - 5.00pm, and Friday 08.30am - 04.30pm. Support duties involve handling phones, meeting and greeting professionals and the public, providing finance support, managing data on the Client Record System, updating spreadsheets, performing general admin tasks, and booking travel and hotel requests as needed.
