Electrician – Industrial (Pontefract, WF9)

Responsibilities
* Install and maintain electrical systems in an industrial setting.
* Conduct inspections, testing, and certification to ensure compliance with regulations.
* Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and specifications accurately.
* Ensure all work adheres to BS 7671 Wiring Regulations and other relevant standards.
* Maintain precise records of completed work, including reports and certifications.
* Follow health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
* Collaborate effectively with contractors and other professionals to deliver projects on time and to high standards.
Requirements
* AM2 qualification – essential.
* City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent – essential.
* 2391 Inspection, Testing, and Certification (or equivalent) – essential.
* ECS Gold Card – preferred but not essential.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Electrician in industrial environments.
* Strong knowledge of electrical regulations and safety standards.
* Ability to work independently and manage projects efficiently.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Working Hours
* Monday to Thursday: 7am – 4pm
* Friday: 7am – 1pm
