Role reports to: Sr Manager, MarTech EMEA Location: High Wycombe, UK Travel %: 10% What you will do This position is based at our High Wycombe office (hybrid working policy). Kenvue have announced a planned move of offices to Reading, Berkshire in Q1 of 2026. Please note that this role will move locations along with this office move. The MarTech Activation Lead Northern Europe is responsible for ensuring our Priority Brand-Market Combinations (PBMCs) derive maximum value from our platform and product capabilities to drive mental & physical availability and deliver superb consumer and HCP experiences. Key Responsibilities • Business Stakeholder Management: Support the Global MarTech capability lead in creating & maintaining stakeholder map. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting end-user relationships. Act as the primary point of contact for end-users, addressing their needs and concerns related to how to get the most out of the technology, best practices, and tips and tricks. • Product Adoption and Usage: Accountable for the adoption of MarTech products in your markets and brands, ensuring communications to your stakeholders are personalized and aligned to their business partner needs. Lead training sessions and office hours to support end user adoption Monitor and analyze product usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Work with Super Users or capabilities leads to action on insights shown in data and reporting. Develop strategies to increase product adoption and engagement. • Project Management Triage and prioritize new demand requests, based on business impact. Support business stakeholders with requirement gathering and asset preparation. Manage high-priority projects in your markets, coordinating different teams involved and tracking timeline, risks and dependencies. • Expanding and Scaling: Work closely with the product team to drive scaling and expansion of the products Develop and execute strategies to reduce churn and increase business impact. • Feedback and Improvement: Gather and document end-user feedback to inform product development. Collaborate with the central team to prioritize and implement user-driven enhancements. • User Onboarding and Training: Develop and deliver onboarding programs to new users. Adapt centrally provided training materials for local/regional relevancy, ways of working, and local language to drive consistent guided experience and feedback mechanisms. Provide ongoing training and support to ensure clients can effectively use our products. Participate in hypercare periods after new product launch or large-scale feature enhancements/integrations to ensure smooth adoption of new capabilities. • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present reports on product usage, user health, and other key metrics. Use data to make informed decisions and recommendations. What we are looking for Required Qualifications • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a customer success, account management, or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or agency environment. • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Marketing, Business, Technology or related field. • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity and working knowledge in MarTech products and data analysis tools, for example websites, mobile apps, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Aprimo, Salsify, TreasureData, Google Analytics, Content Management Systems (CMS) Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
