Job Description
The Care Companion role includes:
1. Visiting regular clients, in their homes for a minimum of 1 hour to support with a variety of needs including, but not limited to personal care, help around the home, emotional wellbeing, social events and trips out in the community.
2. Communicating with families and nurses as part of the care team.
3. Being creative in ways that can help enhance and bring joy to someone’s life.
4. Working a mixture of mornings and evenings, as our clients do need a hand to have some tea and get settled for bed too.

Qualifications
13. Full Driving Licence and means of transport required for location.
14. Fluent in writing and speaking English Language.
15. Caring nature and good intentions towards others.
16. Ability to think on your feet.
