Reporting directly into the Regional Director, the successful candidate will manage all day-to-day operations, lead a team of five, and hold full P&L responsibility. This is a key leadership role within the business, ideal for someone who can continue the branch’s strong track record while identifying areas for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire branch operation, managing a team of five Take full P&L responsibility, driving profitability and efficiency Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, working capital and operational targets Maintain high service standards and foster a strong team culture Report to the Regional Director and contribute to wider regional objectiveKey Requirements: Proven experience in a similar Branch Manager or General Manager role Strong understanding of financials, including P&L and budgeting Excellent leadership and team management skills Ability to work autonomously while engaging with regional leadership Track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment Interview Process: Two-stage interview with the Regional Director and HR Business Partner Start Date: Ideally before the end of September to allow for a structured handover period with the outgoing Branch Manager
