Responsibilities
* Provide one-to-one or small-group support to students, helping them with their academic work, personal development, and overall well-being.
* Assist teachers in the delivery of lessons, including preparing resources, setting up equipment, and providing feedback.
* Monitor student progress and behaviour, and report any concerns to the appropriate staff members.
* Participate in extracurricular activities and school events, such as field trips and after-school clubs.
* Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community.
* Undertake relevant training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an educational or similar setting, supporting students.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
* Genuine interest in the well-being and development of young learners.
* Flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., diploma or degree in education, social work, or a related field) (desirable).
