As a Support Worker at Hillgate Recruitment Services, you will play a vital role in maintaining good relationships with clients and ensuring a safe environment for our clients. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help facilities meet and exceed expectations. We provide customized facility solutions tailored to each location, and you will be an integral part of this process.
Responsibilities
1. Assist the people we support in all aspects of their lives where they need help.
2. Support individuals in designing and reviewing their support/care plans, and monitor their progress.
3. Report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
4. Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
